The Cashew Export Promotion Council of India (CEPCI) was established by the Government of India on 17th August 1955. The main objective of CEPCI is to promote the exports of cashew kernels, cashew nut shell liquid, cardanol and other cashew products from India. The CEPCI provides the essential frame work to perform different functions.
By obtaining Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) from the council the exporters can become the member of council. The member exporters can avail benefits offered by the Government of India. The council provides the necessary collaboration between the foreign importers and exporters of cashew kernels. The services offered by the council include trade enquiries, statistics, trade information, etc.
